Georges ‘Rush’ Saint-Pierre was born in Saint-Isidore, Quebec, Canada in 1981. He started his martial arts training at a young age. At age 7 Saint-Pierre took up Kyokushin Karate, mostly to deal with bullies at school who would steal his clothes and his money. His karate teacher was a huge influence on his life. By the time Georges was 12, he was a black belt and unfortunately his karate teacher passed away. Muay Thai became his next martial art form and at age 16 he took up Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. By age 18 he was also training in wrestling and boxing.
GSP, as he is often referred to, is the current Welterweight Champion of the UFC and is ranked as on of the top ‘pound for pound’ fighters by several MMA sources. He was named the Canadian Athlete of the Year in 2008.

Brock Lesnar is the current UFC Heavyweight Campion. He was born in Webster, South Dakota in 1977 and is an American Mixed Martial Artist (MMA) as well as a former amateur and professional wrestler.
Lesnar was well known in the World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) circle and in 2000 was an NCAA wrestling champion, he also finished 2nd in the NCAA championship in 1999. Lesnar had an awesome career in the WWE as well as other wrestling organizations.
Lesnar’s MMA career started in 2007 and his first fight was in June of that year, after which he signed with the Ultimate Fighting Championship. In November of 2008 he defeated Randy Couture and captured the UFC Heavyweight Championship.
